application, the order by the Internet gets in a department of orders and in some hours is transferred to one of artists.
At clients request we send photos during the process of artists work.
When the portrait is finished, we will make photos and show them to you online so that you might see the quality of our work.
If you like portrait and do not have any comments, the portrait is shipped to your address.
Delivery:
1) Portraits which are executed on a paper (pastel, pencil on paper and watercolor on paper) are delivered by regular mail (2-4 business weeks for delivery),
delivery is US $10,00. For an additional payment the express mail delivery is possible.
2) Portraits which are executed on a canvas (oil on canvas) are delivered through express mail only - UPS, DHL or TNT (3-6 business days for delivery),
cost of delivery is US $80,00
All your photos and comments are kept safe on our server. Only artist
and our manager has access to this information. After the portrait is
done, we can either delete all info and photos. With us your
confedential information is safe as houses.
